Jack Galletta is passionate about two things: hard work and customer service. That's why those are two foundational core values of DRI Gulf Coast, the premier water, fire & mold restoration company on the Alabama & Florida Gulf Coast.
Founding DRI Gulf Coast in 2010, Jack saw a need for better customer service in the restoration industry along the Alabama Gulf Coast. He took his experience in primary retail and began implementing the same customer service tenets that made his previous employers successful.
Jack started DRI providing flooring restoration services. Over the years, DRI has continued to evolve and it is now a leader in water damage restoration, fire & smoke restoration and mold remediation along the Alabama Gulf Coast. The team also serves the rest of the coastline along the Gulf of Mexico, traveling from Florida to Louisiana if the need arises.

The DRI crew did an outstanding job on the remediation repairs from a flood in our complex! They came in, got the work done quickly and beautifully and left my place very clean! Jack worked with me on the timing and he explained the process clearly! DRI is also our mgt company and I could write a book on all the improvements made since they came on board! DRI is a huge blessing to our community!

I had the pleasure of working with DRI Gulf Coast on a property I had listed for sale in Perdido Key, FL. They handled the moisture issue professionally from start to finish — communicating clearly with both the current owners and the new buyers to make sure everything was done properly and on time. Their team went above and beyond to make the process seamless, which helped ensure a smooth closing for everyone involved. Highly recommend them for anyone needing mold remediation or related services — top-notch company and great people to work with!

Jack and Chris were phenomenal to work with! We had water damage from a leak in an adjacent unit that affected our master bathroom and guest closet. They quickly dried the areas out and started remediation to prevent further damage. Their repair work was exceptional and the sub contractors were very courteous, efficient, talented and professional. They took great care in keeping the construction mess to a minimum as to not affect other areas in our unit. We appreciated the efforts they made to complete the repairs before our out of town guests arrived. A perfect outcome all around! A heartfelt thank you to the entire DRI team! We would highly recommend them!

Thomas and Jack were quick to respond to a water damage situation that quickly needed mold remediation. The quote was fair, highly detailed, and adhered to until completion. The work was expertly done and the home was restored to an even better level than it was prior to the water damage. Highly recommended!
