Newer homes still flood

Much of Spanish Fort is newer construction, and new houses fail in their own ways. A washer hose splits, an upstairs toilet supply lets go, a water heater in the attic gives out, and the water comes down through the ceiling. Our water damage restoration crew stops it, dries the walls, ceilings and subfloor, and puts the rooms back the way they were.

What we handle in Spanish Fort

On the Causeway

The homes, restaurants and shops on the Causeway sit right on the water, and a strong storm can push the bay right over the road. When it goes back down, we pull out what it left, dry the buildings and clean them out so the doors can open again.

Mold you can't see yet

Musty smell in a closet, a stain spreading on drywall, allergies that get worse indoors. Mold often grows out of sight behind walls and under floors before it shows. Our mold remediation team finds it, contains it and removes it, then fixes the leak or moisture that started it.

Fire, smoke and the floors after

After a kitchen or garage fire, our fire and smoke restoration crew secures the house and clears the smoke and soot from every room it reached. Once the house is put back together, our flooring restoration crew cleans the tile, grout and carpet so nothing smells like smoke when you move back in.

How a job goes

1. We look at everything

We check the whole property and walk you through what we found and what it will take.

2. We stop the damage

We pull out the water, tarp and board up what a fire opened, or contain the mold so it can't spread.

3. We dry it out and clean it up

Air movers and dehumidifiers dry the walls and floors while we track the moisture, and we clean the furniture and belongings that can be saved.

4. We put it back

Then we restore your home or business to the way it was before.

Insurance claims, handled

We work directly with your insurance company. We document the damage with photos and moisture readings, work with the adjuster, and keep the claim moving, so you can look after your family instead of the paperwork. DRI Gulf Coast is IICRC certified, the industry standard for water, fire and mold restoration.
